Abstract:

Ritucharya, the Ayurvedic concept of seasonal regimens, is rooted in the belief that human health and well-being are closely connected to the changing seasons. It emphasizes aligning one's daily habits, diet, and lifestyle with the natural rhythms of each season to prevent diseases and promote vitality. In the context of modern healthcare, the principles of Ritucharya can provide significant insights into the management of seasonal health issues and chronic diseases exacerbated by environmental changes.
